The Center - A Place of HOPE is Hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Near Edmonds, WA

The Center: A Place of HOPE is a highly-regarded Licensed Behavioral Health Facility in Edmonds, Washington that has been providing comprehensive, professional excellence in treatment and whole-person care for addictions, depression, trauma and eating disorders for nearly 40 years.

The Center: A Place of HOPE is founded by Dr. Gregory Jantz, a pioneer of whole-person care and best-selling author of over 45 books on mental health topics.

The Center: A Place of HOPE is a faith-based private agency that provides Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Day Treatment Programs for Mental Health and Substance Use including:

  • Depression Treatment
  • Eating Disorders
  • Anxiety Treatment
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Addiction Treatment

Our programs are tailored by providing dedicated teams to our clientele who come from across the US and globally to receive our services.

We are looking for a PART-TIME PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER (PMHNP-BC) living in the greater Puget Sound area, who has 1 or more years of psychiatric experience, enjoys a team-oriented environment, and values a whole-person care approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Perform patient psychiatric assessments, follow up visits, and discharges, as scheduled. Work closely with all patient care staff to ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction on all levels. Inform patients of risks, benefits and possible side effects of psychotropic medications that are prescribed. Work closely with other team members to recommend appropriate treatment plans for patients.

SCHEDULE:

The Center: A Place of HOPE's Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Position is a part-time position and can either be a W2 or a 1099 position.

The schedule for this position is Mondays - Wednesdays, 8AM-5PM with a 60 minute unpaid lunch break.

Days and hours may be negotiable.

PAY:

The Center: A Place of HOPE offers competitive, above-market pay based on experience and licensure.

$90 - $95 per hour dependent on years of experience.
